FREE POPCORN FOR A YEAR GIVEAWAY

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Prize Description:

  • The lucky winner will receive one bag of popcorn each week for a duration of one year.

  • Popcorn flavors may vary and will be subject to availability.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.

2. Eligibility:

  • Participants must be legal residents of the giveaway's designated location/country and must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Gaylen’s Gourmet Popcorn are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Method:

  • To enter the giveaway, participants must fill out a giveaway ticket.

  • You will receive one entry by attending the event. You can receive additional entries to win by shopping at the designated “POP”-Up Shops.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  • The selection process will be conducted fairly and transparently.

5. Prize Redemption:

  • The winner must claim their prize by 5/6/24 at Gaylen’s Gourmet Popcorn..

  • Popcorn must be picked up in person by the winner at Gaylen’s Gourmet Popcorn.

  • The winner must present a valid form of identification upon claiming the prize.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned, substituted, or exchanged for any other item or cash value.

  • Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Usage:

  • The winner is entitled to one bag of popcorn per week for 52 weeks from the date of prize redemption.

  • Popcorn must be picked up weekly and cannot be accumulated for future weeks.

  • Any unused popcorn for a given week will not be carried forward or compensated.

7. Miscellaneous:

  • By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and all decisions made by Gaylen’s Gourmet Popcorn, which are final and binding.

  • Gaylen’s Gourmet Popcorn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  • Excludes bulk sizes like jumbo bags and event boxes.
